My Story, and yes, it's pretty long
In general, my real name yes is Ebony and I was born and raised in New York City up to when I was 10.5 years old.
This is when my family moved from NYC to Orlando, Florida. I attended Carver Middle School and eventually ventured
to West Orange High School in which I graduated with Honors.
While in high school I participated in Chorus for 3 years (we were invited to Carnegie Hall when I was in 11th grade.
Also I was in Chorus for my 3 years of middle school) and I was
a 1st soprano. I also was in the marching band as a member of the Flag Corp aka ColorGuard
in my senior year. So this means I know how to spin and toss
flags and I also know some techniques with a rifle and saber.
I also did WinterGuard which is the same as ColorGuard but the shows are done indoors. You also have room to be very elaborate and you
also dance, spin flags etc to recorded music of any genre. The show that we had was of the Ocean vs. The Sand. I was part of the Ocean.
And of
course, we won the battle :)
After high school I attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida for 1 1/2 years (You may know them by their mascot the Gator).
Then I switched to my local college here in Orlando which is called Valencia CC. It is much cheaper but I do plan on transferring back
to a university to pursue my Bachelor's in Nursing and also my Master's so that I may become a Pediatric (or Neonatal) Nurse Practitioner or where the wind blows me when it comes to specialties.
I also would like to add that I just finished my degree in AA studies at
Valencia and have started a Practical Nursing program and I will be finished December 2006.
I am also currently employed part-time with Suntrust Bank doing numeric data entry.
Currently my family and myself reside in Clermont, Fl which is one of the
fastest growing cities in Central Florida.
